AON3D is an industrial additive manufacturing platform that combines a high-performance 3D printer (Hylo) with AI-driven software (Basis) to produce end-use parts in advanced thermoplastics and composites like PEEK and ULTEM. The platform uses physics-based thermal simulation to generate part-specific print settings, paired with hardware automation and in-process monitoring for repeatable, quality-verified results. It serves aerospace, R&D, and industrial customers across 300+ global clients.
