boots.list is a macOS app for DJs that builds set-ready playlists from a Rekordbox XML export. It uses BPM matching, Camelot key harmony, and energy arc generation to automatically order tracks into a smooth set. A built-in scanner can detect missing BPM or key data directly from audio files without leaving the app.
Users export their Rekordbox collection as XML, import it into boots.list, set genre and BPM preferences, and the app automatically generates a harmonically ordered playlist with an energy arc that can be exported back to Rekordbox.
