BorgBackup
Deduplicating archiver with compression and authenticated encryption

BorgBackup is an open-source backup tool that provides space-efficient, deduplicated storage with secure authenticated encryption. It supports multiple compression algorithms and allows backups to be mounted via FUSE for easy access. It runs on Linux, macOS, BSD, and other platforms under a BSD license.
Borg deduplicates data at the chunk level, compresses it with user-chosen algorithms, and encrypts it with authenticated encryption before storing archives locally or remotely.
