DAW Converter is a browser-based tool for working with Digital Audio Workstation project files from FL Studio, Ableton Live, Reaper, LMMS, and MIDI formats. Its primary feature is version downgrading, allowing users to open projects created in newer DAW versions with older installed versions. Additional features include plugin detection, sample path fixing, and MIDI export for cross-DAW compatibility.
Users upload their DAW project file to the browser-based tool, which processes it server-side to downgrade the version, extract metadata, detect plugins, fix sample paths, or export to MIDI, then immediately discards the file.
