Deepnight
Next-generation digital night vision powered by deep neural networks

Deepnight develops advanced digital night vision technology that uses deep neural networks to recover visual information in extremely low-light and moonless environments. Their system aggregates photons temporally to exceed the performance of traditional Gen 3 image intensifiers, while offering higher resolution and lower cost than thermal cameras. The technology is aimed at defense and security applications, including counter-UAS and critical infrastructure protection.
A deep neural network aggregates photons temporally from commoditized digital image sensors to recover high-quality imagery even in starlight-only conditions.
