Users can schedule recurring focus sessions, enable a locked mode to prevent bypassing, and create custom blocklists targeting their biggest distractions. The app is backed by research studies and claims to help users gain over 2.5 hours of focused time per day.
Users select devices, choose what to block, and set session length or recurring schedules; Freedom then enforces the block across all synced devices simultaneously.
