Low Tide Calm is an online breathwork and mindfulness coaching service based in Ireland, offering one-to-one structured programmes for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, and burnout. It provides three fixed course pathways ranging from foundation basics to advanced consolidation, as well as a mindfulness-only option. The approach is trauma-aware, evidence-informed, and designed for practical everyday nervous system regulation without spiritual or therapeutic framing.
