/ About /

MyFatCalc is a free, browser-based body fat percentage calculator that uses four peer-reviewed methods: CUN-BAE, U.S. Navy, BMI, and Jackson-Pollock. It estimates body fat percentage, lean body mass, and personalized weight goals without requiring an account or sending data to any server. The tool is designed for easy comparison across methods and units while keeping all calculations and history local to the user's device.

/ How it works /

Users enter measurements such as height, weight, age, sex, and optionally tape or skinfold measurements, and the tool calculates body fat percentage using one of four validated formulas entirely within the browser.
