Its functionality is being migrated into Jira Service Management, with existing Opsgenie customers required to move by April 5, 2027. The current page serves as a migration guide for Opsgenie owners and admins transitioning to Jira Service Management.
Opsgenie owners initiate an automated data migration to Jira Service Management through the Settings panel, with most configurations synced automatically on a chosen date.
