Qubes OS
A reasonably secure operating system for personal computers

Qubes OS is a free and open-source, security-oriented desktop operating system that uses Xen hypervisor-based compartmentalization to isolate different tasks and applications from one another. It allows users to run multiple operating systems simultaneously, including various Linux distributions and Windows, each in separate secure virtual machines. It also integrates Whonix for anonymous Tor-based internet access.
Qubes OS uses the Xen hypervisor to run different activities in separate virtual machines called qubes, providing hardware-level isolation between workspaces
Security-conscious individuals, journalists, and engineers who need strong isolation between workloads on personal computers
