Rufus
Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Rufus is a free, open-source Windows utility for formatting and creating bootable USB flash drives from ISO images. It supports a wide range of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and UEFI environments, as well as DOS-based firmware flashing. Despite its small footprint (~1.9 MB), it covers virtually all bootable USB creation needs.
Users download a single executable, select a target USB drive and an ISO image, and Rufus formats and writes the bootable image directly to the drive.
