MCP Server enabling AI control of Adobe After Effects via ExtendScript

after-effects-mcp is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants and custom applications to remotely control Adobe After Effects. It supports managing compositions, layers (text, shape, solid, camera, null), animations, keyframes, expressions, and masks through a standardized protocol bridge. The bridge panel runs inside After Effects via ExtendScript, polling for commands from the MCP server.
A Node.js MCP server communicates with an ExtendScript panel installed inside After Effects, which polls for and executes commands sent via the Model Context Protocol.
